Let's get started with a new year of staff wellness!
Complete the "My Life Check" Survey
*Receive a personal set of CCTEC resistance bands when you complete the American Heart Association (AHA) My Life Check Survey that is hyperlinked below.*
NEW for 2023:
Using the link, please make sure you are signing up for an individual account, not under a school code. It says "Sign Up Step 2" at the top and "You are signing up for an account under AHA Consumer." beneath it.
The survey is confidential. Once it is complete, please print out the completed My Life Assessment Checklist and show it to Devon Malone. You can click here for an example of a completed checklist.
CCTEC's Wellness Initiative will continue to be a point system. Wellness participants will log points for various activities they complete each month. After you show your completed checklist to Devon, the Wellness Log will be shared with you, and you can begin earning points for you and your department/team.
*Please see the section below for details about the new wellness incentives!
