Collin Technical Campus
IDs for Students
If you have a student taking any courses at the Collin Technical Campus, they will need an ID issued by the Collin Technical Campus for attendance tracking purposes. Please encourage these students to visit Student Enrollment Services or the Dual Credit Office to assist them.
These ID badges are required for students to sign into their class for attendance. The attendance report for each day will be sent to the ISDs at 4pm and 8pm.
Drop/Withdraw Form✏️
Spring 2024 Drop/Withdraw Form
Once the semester starts, students will need to fill out the drop/withdraw form if they wish to drop/withdraw from their course(s) since they are not able to drop/withdraw themselves. Once we receive their request, you will receive an email from the Dual Credit Office to approve. Please reply to this email, so we may take the next appropriate steps.
For students dropping courses, you may refer them to our refund policy here.
If you would like to check the status of a student's request, you can reach out to your College & Career Counselor or Special Admissions Coordinator.
