Things Happening📝
- On Thursday morning, the 5th and 6th graders attended a presentation in Drake by the Bismarck Cancer Center on the dangers of vaping. Thank you to SADD for bringing this important presentation to our schools.🚭
We will be attending the One Act Play at the High School on Monday afternoon at 2:00 pm. This year’s play is a comedy and will last about 40 minutes. We will load buses at 1:40 pm to arrive on time and get settled before the performance begins. All students will return to Anamoose after the play to finish the rest of the school day. *Note: If the Lady Raiders volleyball team advances to the Monday district game, these plans will change.🎭
- Castle Time went great last Friday. Great job, Mrs. Jacobs! What a great tree to showcase all the ways we can show kindness!🏰🍂
Please remind your child that shorts are no longer allowed for outside recess. They’re welcome to wear them under their pants if they’d like, but everyone needs to have pants on when going outside for recess.🥶

- The 21CCLC November calendar was sent home along with a new Data Release Form. This form needs to be signed for all students who attend 21CCLC activities at any time during the school year. Even if your child does not plan to attend any of the activities listed on the November calendar, the form still needs to be signed so they can participate in any future 21CCLC activities.📅
- We wish Mr. Lacsina and the High School students who are going to the Northwest Music Festival a GOOD LUCK at the festival next Friday!!🎵
- The K-12 Christmas concert is scheduled for Friday, December 12th!🎄🎶
- The next early out is November 12th! [Shuttle students dismissed @ 1:30; rural students around 1:45.] 📅
Kindness Tree
For our October castle time our K-6 students took part in a school-wide kindness activity. We learned what kindness means, shared ideas for how we can show it each day, and practiced thinking of ways to make each and every one of us a kinder person. We know kindness takes practice and we’re working on it all the time here!
