Please make sure your kiddos are dressed appropriately for the elements when they arrive at school. Per district policy, students will go outside for recess as long as the wind chill is above zero. You are welcome to send snow boots or snow pants with your kids to school.

Is your student 5 years old? If so, they can get their kindergarten immunizations done now! Just call your provider to schedule an appt & let the school nurse know!

HOW DOES KINDERGARTEN START AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SCHOOL YEAR?

The beginning of the school year for kindergarteners can be overwhelming! In order for your child's teacher to spend more one-on-one time with their new students and help them overcome the kindergarten jitters, your child will start the year differently than 1st-4th graders. Your child's teacher will be sending letters to you soon letting you know what group your student is in. Please note what days your student will attend based on their group. (This is only for the first 2 weeks of school).

Group A:

Group B:

Tuesday, September 1

Wednesday, September 2

Thursday, September 3

ALL KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS WILL BEGIN ATTENDING ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8.
