OBMS Family Weekly Update

• This Wednesday is an early release day. Please plan for a 3:15 dismissal.
• Monday, September 22nd is a Professional Learning Day for teachers. Students will not have school on this day.
• Our Panthers have done a fabulous job getting our annual fundraiser off to a great start. If you haven't had a chance to enter your 10+ contacts yet, there is still time. Students who enter contact information for at least 10+ people will earn the Golden Ticket Prize and entry to the Best Day Ever Event. Check out the Parent Letter below. Our goal is to raise funds to support positive behavior interventions and supports, student recognition items/ incentives, staff appreciation, etc. Your contributions make it possible for us to continue to create a positive learning environment for our Panthers.
• If you are not able to do the online registration for the annual fundraiser and would prefer to make a cash/check donation, you can do that too. Just send the donation in with your student's name to their grade house. Checks can be made out to Ormond Beach Middle School and write "donation" in the memo line. We truly support all the support from the Panther Community.

• ATTENTION 7th GRADERS: There will be an informational parent meeting to learn more about the Tallahassee field trip on October 8th 5:30- 6:30pm in the media center. 7th grade families are welcome to come and learn more about the field trip which will take place February 12th and 13th.

• 🏐OUR VERY FIRST EVER GIRLS' VOLLEYBALL HOME GAME IS THIS TUESDAY @ 5:30! 🏐Come out and join us for the fun and support our Panther athletes. Tickets are $5 to enter (cash only).
