Full STEAM Ahead! Feb. 23 or 24, 2018

Local early education data (Mercer, Butler, Venango, & Lawrence Counties) indicates that for continued success in school, area children need additional support in literacy, math, and problem solving. For this reason, the Midwestern Early Childhood Council invited our local Lakeshore Learning trainer, Ms. Jenna Sekerak, to demonstrate the “Fairy Tales Problem Solving STEM Kits.” These kits combine classic stories with hands-on STEM and literacy activities! Each registrant will select their kit at the training and learn STEM teaching strategies for school and home for their unique age level. These resources will aid teachers of ages 3-7 children in building critical language and literacy skills, boosting creative expression, engineering concepts, and much more!

Click here to register on the Midwestern IU IV website!
