FROM THE NURSE'S OFFICE

NOW IS THE TIME TO SCHEDULE PHYSICALS!

Students who need updated physicals for next year - PLEASE plan NOW. Dr's office schedules fill quickly for summer. Call for your student to get their physical, if they will need one this summer. ALL Incoming 6th grade, 9th grade and students who participate in sports need to keep up to date with their physicals. For the next school year physicals need to be dated between 8/16/2022 and 8/15/2023. For participation in sports - in Jr High, their physical (standard IL or sports form) must be up to date (within 13 months throughout the season). For High School, they must have a specific IHSA/IESA Sports Physical form which has been completed by an MD/MA/Certified Advanced Practice Nurse, in addition to the standard IL physical form.

LOST & FOUND

Please make sure your students are picking up their items from Lost and Found. Once the school year ends, all items left in the school will be cleaned out and donated. They must have everything out of their Lockers by May 26th.
