New Dance Date - Saturday, October 28th (7:00 pm-10:00 pm)
*** We are aware that the new date is not ideal for some students. The new date was the only option our contracted DJ had available in the upcoming months.
1. Tickets?
A. What do I do if I already bought a ticket and I still want to go to the dance? NOTHING, all
tickets purchased will be honored on the new date. This applies to all SHS student and guest tickets. If you already purchased a ticket, you do not need to do anything more to attend the dance.
B. Can I still buy a ticket if I don’t already have one? YES, new tickets will be sold in front
of the library before school and during all lunch shifts on Tuesday, October 24th and Wednesday, October 25th.
** Please note - all students purchasing a ticket must be in good standing and debt free at the time of purchase.
C. I can no longer attend. How do I get a refund? To request a refund, you need to fill out
the attached form and return it to Mrs. Valasko in room 230 by 2:45 pm on Friday,
October 6th. Copies of the form can be picked up in the library. Refund Form
2. Guests?
A. Can I bring a guest if I haven’t already filled out a guest form? YES, guest forms will be
available in the front office. All new guest forms must be turned in to the front office by 2:45 pm on Friday, October 20th.
B. My guest can no longer attend. Can I sign up a different guest? YES, you will need to
complete a guest form for the new person and submit it to the office for approval.
Once it is approved, please bring the form to the ticket table on 10/24 or 10/25. You
may not bring a different guest until you have changed the name at the ticket table!
C. My guest can no longer attend. Can I get a refund for the ticket? YES, please refer to the
refund directions above.

Men's Basketball
Open Gym Workouts for Men's Basketball take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6-8 pm and Saturdays from 10-12 pm. Interested young men need to have a completed, current VHSL physical form on file, as well as completed online concussion and sudden cardiac arrest training. Women's Basketball
Women’s Basketball Pre Season Open Gyms will start Saturday, August 26 at 8:30AM. Our schedule will be:
SATURDAYS: 8:30-10AM
MONDAYS: 7:00-8:30PM
THURSDAYS: 6:30-8PM
These sessions are open to all eligible student athletes attending Spotsylvania High School. Participants also need to have a current physical on file with the school.

Pass Information
Tickets for all Home Athletic Events are available in advance at gofan.co for $7. Tickets can be purchased at the gate via Credit Card for $7. All Cash Tickets at the gate are $8.
Senior Citizens over the age of 65 are eligible for a Lifetime Battlefield District pass, gaining them entry into ALL Battlefield District Regular Season events. Show proof of age at the gate and get yours at any SHS event.
Ten Event Passes go on sale Monday during lunch shifts and will be available at the gate for all SHS Home games. Ten Event passes are $65 and are good for all Regular Season Home Events.
Student Athletic Passes go on sale Monday during lunch shifts! Student passes are good for every SHS, regular season athletic contests, for the duration of the school year. Just $50, grab yours soon!
