Hawk Squawk Newsletter 4/6/23
Principal's Message
Dear Hallinan Families,
It doesn't quite feel like spring weather just yet, but nonetheless, here we are welcoming April! Thanks to our amazing PTO we are also welcoming additional flexible furniture to our classrooms and picnic tables for our garden this month. Here's hoping the weather starts to cooperate (yes, that was our character trait last month!) so we are able to make good use of the garden picnic tables the rest of the school year. I visited classrooms this week and students and teachers were very excited to tell me about their new furniture. I've included a few photos below.
And, you might recall, each month arrives with a new character trait for us to practice and study. April brings COURAGE which is choosing what is helpful, right and kind even when it's hard or scary. Please see Counselor Ms Erspamer's Counseling Corner below for more information and resources.
Cross your fingers for some sun.
Looking forward to seeing you at conferences next week!
