Dear Falcon Families,

Thank you for attending parent-teacher conferences. We truly value your partnership—working together makes a meaningful difference in your child’s success.

As we look ahead, we are quickly approaching a busy and exciting holiday season. You are invited to join us for the Elementary Winter Concert on Monday, December 15 in the Varsity Gym. K–3 program begins at 6:00 PM - short intermission - Grades 4–6 begin at 7:00 PM. We hope to see many families there to celebrate our students’ talents and hard work.

A quick reminder: We do have school on Tuesday, December 23. Winter break begins on Wednesday, December 24, and students return on Monday, January 5.

We are also excited to share that our new addition is nearly complete. When students return from winter break, they will enter through the elementary school doors under the bright red awning. Mrs. Buchholz will also be located in this new area moving forward.

Congratulations to Mrs. Tracy Clark, 2nd Grade Teacher at N-O-W Elementary for being recognized for her Excellence in Education!!! Mrs. Clark's nomination form highlighted her classroom creativity and that she does a great job tailoring every lesson to meet the needs of her students. Mrs. Clark always has a smile on her face and treats all of her children with patience and kindness. She is truly a great teacher." Congratulations to Mrs. Clark on your well-deserved Excellence in Education recognition!

The school district will send out emails and texts to announce closures, delays, and early releases. Please make sure your email is up to date with the school office or check your spam if you don't receive emails from school. To "opt in" to receive SMS text messages send "Y" to 6758.

Please follow the guidelines below as we head into cooler temperatures and make sure your student has the appropriate outdoor attire!

The Brookwood Fine Arts Booster Club is running a cookie sale to raise funds for Brookwood’s Fine Arts. This sale will run until Friday, December 5th. Recently, junior and senior high band and choir students were sent home with order forms. They also have an online order option as well! The link for the online sale can be found below.

Visit with Santa at the Norwalk Village Hall on Saturday, December 6th from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.

The book fair was extremely successful this year and helped raise over $2000 in items and books that can help benefit all of our students! Thanks for all the visits from students and families during our quick Scholastic Book Fair in the elementary library. This is always an exciting time for the kids and what they never realize is how it ends up to be a fabulous fundraiser to get more books for the N-O-W school libraries.
