STEAM: The Education of the FUTURE
Vision
Our vision is to create a STEAM program that sets high standards in order to achieve academic excellence. We are committed to developing our students in grades Pk-5 with 21st-century skills in an innovative learning environment driven by Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics. Students will engage in collaboration and critical thinking in preparation for real-world experiences, college, and the world of work.
Dear Parents and Families,
Happy New Year! As we welcome 2024, I want to take this opportunity to extend my warmest wishes to each and every one of you. The start of a new year is a time for reflection, growth, and new beginnings, and I am excited to continue our journey together.
In the coming months, we have many exciting events and opportunities planned for our students. We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where each child can thrive and reach their full potential. I encourage you to stay involved and connected with our school community as we work together to support our students' academic and personal growth.
Thank you for your ongoing support and partnership. Together, we can make January and the rest of the year a time of learning, discovery, and success for our students.
Warm regards,
Dr. Carnetta Thomas

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Black Box Dance Theater for their incredible work with our students. Their innovative approach to teaching science through the art of dance has brought a new dimension to our educational program, inspiring our students in ways we never thought possible.
The collaboration with Black Box Dance Theater has not only enriched our students' understanding of science but has also ignited their passion for creativity and expression. The finale performance, featuring our very own 5th grade students, was a mesmerizing showcase of talent and dedication.
We are immensely grateful for the expertise, energy, and creativity that Black Box Dance Theater brought to our school. This partnership has had a profound impact on our students, and we look forward to future opportunities to collaborate and continue to inspire and enrich the lives of our students.
