What is Future Pathways? What is Future Pathways?

Lewisville ISD is committed to support all students in grades 6-12 with college, career, and military readiness. Students and families will be engaged in a variety of interest surveys, college and career activities, and be provided with resources on financial aid, scholarships, and test preparation throughout the school year. School and community events will also be held to enhance students and families learning experiences.

LISD uses Texas OnCourse and My Texas Future as digital platforms to offer exploratory activities and lessons during class and advisory periods. We also encourage families to explore these tools at home to help guide their child’s future pathway. Our goal is to actively involve both students and their families in the educational planning process, so they can make well-informed decisions about postsecondary options together.
