Hold on just a little longer!

Stay tuned....we will be sharing updates as we get closer to launch!

Online Book Club

NAFC is trying something different in 2026.

After a very successful and meaningful study, via Zoom, of this life-changing book last year, we’re now offering an online version. Each Wednesday, we’ll be discussing Me and White Supremacy, by Layla Saad, “together” our Facebook group. A new chapter will be presented each Wednesday and you can check in at any point during the week to share your thoughts and see what others have to say.

Do you have a hard time finding time to read? We have a great educational opportunity for you! While you’re schlepping kids around or running errands you can listen to Heather McGhee’s fascinating podcast, “The Sum of Us”, based on her book with the same title. Please join us on April 30th at the Newtown Congregational Church (lower level) to discuss how we ALL benefit when racism is dismantled. We will specifically be discussing the podcast, but if you are more of a reader than a listener, you can prepare for the discussion by reading the book instead. You’ll find more details in the Eventbrite. Hope to see a big turnout for this important conversation!
