If you are a writer, you owe it to yourself to visit the RSHS library and look at a new area created with you in mind! Everything you need for any type of writing is available: paper, pens, pencils, a computer, and many resources designed specifically for writers.
We even have a creative challenge for you, and we will offer a new challenge every marking period. Entries will be published in the Tiger Times, and the RSHS community will vote for the best piece using a Google form. The winner will receive a $25 Amazon gift certificate.
Here's the challenge for marking period 3: Writing 101.
The Rules: You can respond to the theme of the marking period with any kind of story that you wish, but the story itself must be exactly 100 words (no more--no less). Additionally, it must have a one-word title (hence "Fiction 101"). The stories that are well crafted and relate best to the theme will be published.
