A medida que nos acercamos al fin de semana, agradezco que el clima de hoy haya tenido un poco de sol y que los estudiantes hayan podido estirar las piernas y disfrutar de actividades al aire libre.

Gracias a las familias que completaron nuestra encuesta de asistencia para la semana del 18 al 22. Si no tuvo la oportunidad, lea a continuación y encontrará un enlace a la encuesta. El lunes tenemos nuestro simulacro de incendio mensual, recuerde a sus hijos que es un simulacro de práctica y que estamos aprendiendo qué hacer en caso de una emergencia. El martes es nuestro examen de audición y visión para estudiantes de jardín de infantes, 1er y 3er grado. El miércoles tenemos nuestras tomas de fotografías y nuestro Walk-n-Roll celebrando Ruby Bridges. Por último, el viernes tendremos al último estudiante del mes de este año. ¡Asombroso! Diciembre está pasando volando. Disfruten de su fin de semana y nos vemos el lunes por la mañana.

Dear James John Families,

As we head into the weekend, I am thankful that today’s weather had a bit of sunshine and students got to stretch their legs and enjoy outdoor activities.

Thank you to the families that filled out our attendance survey for the week of the 18th - 22nd. If you did not get a chance, please read below and you will find a link to the survey. Also, if you think your child has lost an item this year, clothing or other, please visit our Lost and Found - located by the elevator entrance.

Next week is a busy week:

Monday we have our monthly Fire Drill, please remind your children that it is a practice drill and we are learning what to do in case of an emergency. Tuesday is our hearing and vision screen for students in Kindergarten, 1st and 3rd grade. Wednesday we have our Picture Retakes and our Walk-n-Roll celebrating Ruby Bridges. Lastly on Friday, we are having this year's last student of the month. Amazing! December is flying by! Enjoy your weekend and see you all Monday morning.
