RILEY RECAP - VOLUME 4 ISSUE 5
September 9, 2024
From the Desk of Principal Henderson
Dear Riley Parents, Guardians, and Scholars:
Happy Monday! We are now into our fourth full week school of the 2024-25 school year. This is a time where we are establishing routine and consistency for the success of our scholars. We want to make sure that the entire Riley High School faculty and staff is giving our scholars the support they need for success.
WE WILL CONTINUE RAISE THE BAR AT RILEY!
I am looking forward to working with you and your student as we work toward an academically successful school year. I can promise you the best of myself for your students each and every day. Please do not hesitate to contact me at shenderson2@sbcsc.k12.in.us if you have any questions or concerns during the year.
Our Goals:
1) Get students reading on grade level
2) A 95% attendance rate
3) A 90% graduation rate
We greatly appreciate the value that each and every one of our scholars and families brings to Riley. WE ARE THE PRIDE OF THE SOUTHSIDE! WE ARE #RILEYSTRONG!
Sincerely,
Shawn Henderson

Riley High School National Honors Society Presents Hallway Halloween
This is a Riley High School community event. Our goal is to provide a safe enviornment for our feeder schools students (k-8) to get CANDY and meet the Wildcat Family. We ask families to donate a bag of candy or whatever you are able to so that we can provide for the students.
