Teacher Appreciation Week is Here!
Help us shower our teachers with love and appreciation all week with these themed days!
IMPORTANT: Drop Off After 8 AM
Car Rider Line Reminders...
Morning Car Rider Line
- Drop off does not begin until 7:30. Please do not allow students to get out of the vehicle until Coach Brown and Coach Cagle start the morning arrival procedure.
- Students need to be ready to exit the vehicle when you pull up to Coach Brown and Coach Cagle
- When you enter the car rider line, pull in to the lane you need to be in when it is time for you to pull on to Sparkman Drive (changing lanes after drop off delays the car rider line process).
- Do NOT drop off children in the parking lot and allow them to run or walk across the parking lot to the crosswalk!
Afternoon Car Rider Line
- Please pay attention to the line and make sure you keep moving when it is time to move.
- If you have a child who needs help being buckled in, please pull all the way up to the cones and buckle them in there.
- Please do not exit your vehicle during car rider line.
- Car rider line ends at 3:40. Please make every effort to be in the line for pick up on time.

May Character Word: School Pride
Goodbye, Mrs. Zazzaro!
Mrs. Zazzaro is no longer with AAA Middle School following a family relocation. We will miss her and the positive impact she had on our students each and every day! If you have questions or concerns you would typically communicate with her, please forward those to Assistant Principal, Erin Smith, at erin.smith1@hsv-k12.org.
Attendance Updates
Our school wide goal for attendance is 98% present each and every school day. Every day counts! Please plan appointments early enough that your student can be checked in by 11:30 or later in the day so that they can be in school until at least 11:30 in order to avoid being counted absent.
Was your student absent? Do they need an excuse?
Form attendance excuses were sent home last week for you to use if your child is absent and needs a parent excuse. A blank copy is attached below. You do not have to use this excuse, but we hopes it makes providing excuses a little easier! Blank copies are also kept at the front office and you can fill them out when you come to drop your child off late or pick your child up early.
Visit the AAA Swag Store!
Do you ever think to yourself, "Man, I wish I had more AAA gear to wear!" as you're getting ready for school or community events? AAA now has a swag store! Visit the link to place your orders. The best part is by purchasing, you are supporting a AAA family business, and a percentage of sales comes back to AAA! Even better...If you select pick up your shirt when you order it, they will deliver it to you at the school! If you have design ideas, please let administration know so we can share them with our designers. We are SO EXCITED to get our store off the ground!
