Message from the Principal
Greetings Findley Community~
A heartfelt thank you to all our families for your incredible support and participation in our Spring Showcase! It was wonderful to see our community come together to celebrate our students' hard work and talents. Your presence truly makes these events special. Also, I have never seen that many folding chairs get put away so fast. Our Findley community ROCKS!
We are looking forward to our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences on April 29th and 30th. It is a great time to connect and discuss your child's progress and celebrate their growth. If you haven't already, please be sure you have signed up for a time slot. We can't wait to see you there!
Lastly, we will be celebrating YOU and all you do to make our school special. Volunteers, please be sure to join us for our annual Volunteer Appreciation assembly and breakfast on April 24. See the invite below for specifics.
Enjoy the long weekend~
With Gratitude,
Sherry Marsh, Ed.D

Lower Parking Lot Safety
Parents & Caregivers,
If you are picking up your child in the car pick up lane you must drive to the pick up area that is past the 2nd crosswalk (Note the pink star on the map). Students should not be encouraged to wait at the east end of the lot as there is not supervision and it is not safe. All students for car pick up need to be at the far west end of the lot on the other side of the crosswalk. Thank You!

The 411 on Evacuation Drills
While many of you may know that we have an evacuation drill each month, you may not know what the responsibility of the drivers in our lot are.
1. If you see students in the lot, DO NOT ENTER
This is for everyone’s safety - students / staff / emergency personnel
2. If you are in the parking lot, PARK
Cars should not be moving through the area when the building is evacuated.
3. If there is no parking, please pull as close to the parked cars as possible.
Again, this is for the safety of all students / staff / emergency personnel that may be in the parking lot.
4. Please stay in your car and wait for directions.
If this is a drill, we will release you as soon as we are allowed back in the building. If this is more than a drill, you will be given direction by the emergency personnel as to what to do next.
Drills will usually last less than 5 minutes. Your help in
keeping our staff and students safe is appreciated.
