Pine Springs PTO Newsletter
August 2025
Welcome Back to School!
As we step into a brand-new school year, the PTO is excited to be right beside you—supporting our students, celebrating our teachers, and strengthening our school community every step of the way.
A new year means fresh opportunities, new friendships, and exciting possibilities. Whether you’re joining Pine Springs for the first time or returning for another adventure, we can’t wait to make this year our best yet—together.
Here’s a peek at what’s ahead:
-
Family Fun Events: From our festive fall gathering at Naylor Farms to the excitement of school dances, we’re planning events that bring our community closer.
-
Middle School Celebrations: Grade-level lock-ins give our older students the perfect way to start the year with friends and fun.
-
Teacher Appreciation: Our hospitality team is ready to treat our amazing staff with special snacks, luncheons, and a memorable Staff Appreciation Week.
-
Community Connections: From our Carpool Directory to our welcome committee, we’re helping families connect and support one another.
We can’t wait to see you at Open House—your chance to discover more about the year ahead and how you can get involved. The PTO is your partner in making Pine Springs a place where every student can thrive.
Here’s to a year of learning, growth, and memories we’ll cherish as we soar higher together!

🐝 Our hive is buzzing with anticipation for the upcoming school year—and we need your help! Be(e) involved this year by joining our PTO.
Your annual membership dues support our school community, teachers, and staff in so many ways! They help us host events like the Sweetheart Dance, Middle School Lock-Ins, and the Book Fair. They also fund teacher classroom needs through our Wise Owl Grant and allow us to show love to staff with monthly luncheons, snacks, Teacher Appreciation Week, and the Staff Favorites List.
✨ New this year: PTO members will get early access to PTO-sponsored events like Rent the Rock and the Sweetheart Dance! Visit our website to see more fun incentives for school participation.
🐝 What’s all the buzz this weekend? We’ve already hit our first goal in the membership drive with over 21% of the community joining! 🎉 On Monday, we’ll draw the names of two families who will get their membership dues covered.
But we’re not stopping there! When we reach 30% of families signed up, we’ll refresh the playground and Pioneer Time equipment for our students. We’re only 84 families away from making that happen!
✅ Cross one thing off your list and join before August 20th to take advantage of our early bee rate of $25. No commitment required to join—just lots of community fun ahead!
