Ms. Lainez, ESOL/ LIEP Teacher for Kindergarten Ms. Lainez, ESOL/ LIEP Teacher for Kindergarten

We have officially started our English language small groups, and our kindergarten multilingual learners are doing a fantastic job! This quarter, we introduced our new language program, SummitK12. We use digital lessons 2 to 3 times a week to support our learning, while also focusing on teacher-directed, hands-on instruction. Through interactive pair work, listening, speaking, and reading activities, students are putting their English skills into practice every day!
