Helping out Joey & Taylor (Enviroclean)
As we continue to provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our students, I am asking for your continued support in helping our custodial team maintain our learning spaces. In some spaces, there is great deal of food (and wrappers) on the floor!
To help Joey and Taylor effectively vacuum and sanitize classrooms each evening, we ask that you please ensure your classroom is closed appropriately at the end of the day. This includes:
Picking up items from the floor
Stacking or arranging chairs where possible
Clearing pathways for vacuums and cleaning equipment
Turning off lights and securing doors and windows
A clean and organized classroom not only supports the work of our custodian team—it has a measurable impact on student learning and well-being. Research shows that students learn better and feel less stress in tidy, well-maintained environments. Additionally, when students participate in daily classroom organization, they develop lifelong habits of responsibility, self-discipline, and care for shared spaces.
Thank you for modeling and promoting these healthy routines with your students, and for your continued cooperation and dedication. Your efforts make a lasting difference in both our school culture and the quality of education we provide!

REMINDER: Goal Setting for 25- 26
As might have heard, there will be a few changes with the evaluation process as we head into the 25-26 School Year:
- Ratings will be as follows: Needs Support, Developing, Effective.
- The length of a formal observation must be 15 minutes in length, at a minimum, but no longer than one class period.
- All teachers will set a professional goal for the upcoming school year at the end of the school year.
- All teachers submit a written reflection of the growth achieved in pursuit or attainment of their professional goal AND present it to their evaluator.
- 20% of the annual year-end evaluation will be based on student growth and assessment data.
As you complete your Goal Reflection Form for THIS YEAR: You need to also include next year’s professional goal in the "Self-Reflection on Goal Process" text box area. I would suggested you give it a header like this:
2025-2026 Professional Goal.
Please set a professional goal based on your current position. If there are changes in positions or you feel your professional needs change between now and August, the goal can be edited.
