Exciting News: Mobile Health Clinic Coming to Center Schools!
Exciting News: Mobile Health Clinic Coming to Center Schools!
Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are pleased to inform you that Center School District is partnering with Valley Wide Health Systems and Youth Health Care Alliance to bring a mobile health clinic to our school starting next school year (2025-2026). This initiative aims to provide accessible healthcare services for our students, ensuring they receive the care they need right here at school.
We anticipate that the mobile clinic will be available twice a week, though we are still finalizing the details. To help us better understand the healthcare needs of your child(ren), we kindly ask you to complete a short survey using the link below. Your responses will guide us in determining the types of services to offer and the frequency of visits.
Student Survey for Parents English
Student Survey for Parents Spanish
Please complete the survey by Friday, April 18th. The survey is anonymous, and your responses will be compiled and analyzed by Youth Healthcare Alliance to support our planning process.
You will receive additional information in the coming weeks regarding the services available and how to enroll your child(ren) in the clinic.
For any questions about the survey, please contact Mariana Ledezma-Amorosi at Ledezma@youthhealthcarealliance.org.
For any questions about the clinic, please contact Wendy Murillo at wrue@center.k12.co.us.
Thank you for your participation and support in bringing this valuable resource to our school community!
