Bovina's November Update

We have one week to make a change supporting the Warren County Children's Shelter. For every $1, a student can receive a feather to decorate their class turkey. This service project is Nov. 2nd- Nov. 6th.

🍂🦃Free Dress for November and December🍂🦃

PTO is sponsoring Free Dress from November 2- December 18. Students can purchase free dress on our Spirit Store Link listed below. Dress Code must follow handbook guidelines.

🍂🦃Chick Fil A Spirit Night🍂🦃

Bovina Spirit Night at Chick Fil A will be Nov. 3rd. Bovina will receive a percentage of the Mobile orders sales between 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Come Support Bovina!

🍂🦃Parent Leadership Day🍂🦃

Parents are invited to Leadership Day on Tuesday, November 10th at 9:00 a.m. Our student lighthouse team will guide groups on a tour of our school where they will have an opportunity to work together at various stations to complete task and listen to student's share their leader binders. If you would like to attend, please click the link below to sign up to attend. The deadline to sign up is Monday, November 2nd.

🍂🦃Progress Reports🍂🦃
Progress Reports will be sent home on Wednesday, November 11th. Please sign your student's progress report and return it in the QEP folder.

🍂🦃Reading Screener🍂🦃

Students in Prek-6th grade will take a Reading Screener on Nov. 17. Students need to arrive to school on time with a charged Chromebook. Results from the screener will be sent home on Wednesday, Nov. 18th.

🍂🦃Math Screener🍂🦃

Students in K-5 will take a Math Screener on Nov. 19. Students need to arrive to school on time for test day with a charged chromebook. Results from the screener will be sent home on Thursday, Nov. 19

🍂🦃Thanksgiving Break🍂🦃

Thanksgiving Break will be observed from November 23-27. Students will return to school on Monday, November 30th.

🍂🦃Cookie Dough🍂🦃

PTO purchased extra cookie dough. We have the following flavors still available: Salted Caramel (1 box), Oatmeal Raisin (1 box), Sugar (3 boxes), and Snickerdoodle (5 boxes). Boxes are $24 each. Please send a message to your child's teacher if you are interested in purchasing a box. Payment accepted is cash, check (made out to Bovina PTO), or an invoice can be emailed for electronic payment. Boxes will be sold on first come, first serve.

🍂🦃Candy Grams🍂🦃

Beginning Nov. 30, the student lighthouse team will sell Candy Grams for $1. Student can purchase a candy for a friend or teacher. Candy Grams will be delivered the week of Dec. 14. All proceeds from the candy Grams will be donated to United Way
