EMBRACING THE 'BERS EMBRACING THE 'BERS

SeptemBER, OctoBER, NovemBER, DecemBER... Over the next few weeks and months, we want our students to embrace each day as an opportunity—to learn, grow, and discover new possibilities. There will be ups and downs, rhythms and surprises. Every day brings a fresh start and a chance to make progress, and we encourage our students to approach each moment with curiosity, effort, and a positive mindset. Let's GO!!!

TELL US SOMETHING GREAT
Please share your story of how a teacher/staff member has positively impacted your student!!

ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL

We appreciate your continued support with following arrival and dismissal procedures... What may seem like "not a big deal" for just one person to not follow procedures would quickly become a very big deal if 645 did not adhere to the expectations. We appreciate you ALL!

PARENT / TEACHER CONFERENCES PARENT / TEACHER CONFERENCES

Our conferences will be done a little differently than maybe what you're used to from an Elementary School. We will split the sessions in half; we will do appointments first and then general come & go. Teachers will reach out to set appointments in the weeks to come. We are looking forward to meeting with you all!

September 25th and September 29th

Appointments: 4:00 - 5:30

Come and Go: 5:30 - 7:00

CLEAR & TIMELY COMMUNICATION CLEAR & TIMELY COMMUNICATION

One of our top priorities is keeping open lines of communication with families. Our staff is committed to responding to questions and concerns in a timely manner during the school week. At the same time, we want to model healthy boundaries for our students. Our teachers and staff are also parents, spouses, sons, and daughters, and it’s important that they have time to recharge with their families. For that reason, communication will take place only during school hours, Monday through Friday, and not on weekends or evenings. Thank you for helping us honor this balance so that we can give our very best to your children each and every day.

SPEAKING OF COMMUNICATION... SPEAKING OF COMMUNICATION...
