Madison Elementary School Update

Good evening, Madison Family!

Teacher Appreciation Week is officially here, and I want to give a massive shout-out to the incredible team we have in our classrooms. I see firsthand the energy and care our teachers pour into every student. They don’t just teach; they inspire, support, and guide our kids through these pivotal elementary years. I’m incredibly proud to be part of this team. Let's make sure they feel the love this week!

The 5th Grade teachers asked me to touch base with you to remind you of the days ahead:

Progress Reports went home Friday, please sign and return to school Monday.

Wednesday, May 6 is Mudhens. Price is $15 on MSB. Your student was informed Friday if they earned this merit trip. Lunch is included, but students may bring extra money for concessions. We go rain or shine, please dress for the weather - we are not in a covered section.

Thursday, May 7 is MIS. Students will be outside all day, please dress for weather. Stations include water quality testing, invasive species hike, egg drop from grand stand and physics on the track. Please pack a lunch or contact your child's teacher if you need one.

Friday, May 8th is our maturation talk. Notes went home last week if students were to be exempt.

Please limit the number of guests coming for each student. Teachers will have sign out sheets and students will have their belongings to leave from the PAC if you choose to celebrate the rest of the day with them. Students can dress up!
