Greenwood Elementary School

As we close out another exciting school year, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible support you provide to the students and staff. Your involvement—whether through volunteering, attending events, or simply cheering us on—makes a tremendous difference in creating a positive, thriving learning environment.

This year was filled with wonderful opportunities for connection and celebration. From family nights and academic growth, we have something special planned for everyone. Your presence at these events sends a powerful message to our students that their education and growth matter.

Whether you're able to volunteer your time, attend an event, or simply stay engaged with what's happening, know that every bit of involvement strengthens our school community.

We are looking to celebrate all those who have volunteered their time or resources this school year at our volunteer appreciation event. We hope you'll join us!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Greenwood 1-3 students did an amazing job at this year's spring concert. The Pajama Party was a great success, thanks to the hard work of all of our students, Mrs. Bronson, Mrs. Foster, and Mrs. Hickman. Congratulations to Mrs. Foster on her retirement!

Math Day is a celebration of math filled with entertaining math activities and learning experiences embedded throughout the day, and into the Night with our Family Math Game Night. We had guest appearances from Superintendent Dr. Slade and Assistant Superintendent Ms. Saunders. Everyone left with a smile and materials to enjoy math with their families and friends.

Special thanks to Mrs. Skinner for her hard work in making this day run so smoothly!
