CPC Update

Thank you all for another fantastic week!

I truly appreciate your attendance and thoughtful insights you shared during our STARR and feedback sessions with the superintendents. Your dedication to our students, our district, and to one another continues to shine through in everything you do. You are passionate professionals, and it’s an honor to work alongside you. I hope you have a restful and well-deserved weekend!

It’s HERE!!! Time to Save the Date for this year’s Boo Bash! Please mark your calendar for October 28th, from 6:00-7:30pm. If possible, please post a copy of the Save the Date flyer in your class or area.

We are excited to celebrate this event with our community but we need your support. Although this is held at the Reno Campus, it is definitely a district wide event and with everyone’s support, I know it will be a huge success.

Please see the email about Flu Shots from Michelle Coleman on 9/12 that contained the following info and more:

Francis Tuttle has partnered once again with Total Wellness to provide flu shots to our employees. We will also be keeping our flu clinic open for extended hours on September 29th at the Rockwell Campus. The primary reason is to allow time for the family members of our staff to participate. Please feel free to bring your spouse, children and other loved ones during the extended hours. You are able to bring your children as walk-ins and do not have to register them separately. Adult students are also welcome! Instructors, please share with your adult students. All of the permissions and insurance options are the same as for our employees.

• Please remember to message both Dawn and Toby when you are going to be out or happen to be late. This will help us ensure we keep the board updated and all areas covered.
• Please keep the boards updated as much as possible as you are in and out of the office. This is so helpful in supporting customers as they come in the office needing help.

Be on the lookout for an invite with Dr. Scott and Minna about our RK CPC move next year. At this meeting, they will go over spaces and plans with us as we begin to look ahead to moving to our new area next year. I will keep you posted!
