Fine Arts Festival

It's the best time of the year: FAF season! Come join the Fine Arts Festival at this year's "Magical Festival of Mythical Fun" on Saturday, April 11 at the school. You'll get to experience all the creative and magical creatures with unique crafts, fun games, delish treats, festive face painting and much more! We'll have a mix of the AAA classics sprinkled with new activities that the whole family will love!

Tickets are on sale now online or with the paper form that will come home with your student this week. We can't wait to see you for a fun day of creating, eating and exploring!

We've changed up the ticketing system this year to make it simpler and more accessible for our families! There will now be a single wristband purchase per child that will cover all the craft stations, games, face painting, performances and activities. There is a separate Meal Ticket per person that covers concessions such as hot dogs, chips, candy and drinks. All preorder entry wristbands and Meal Tickets purchased by Wednesday, April 8 will be distributed to students that following Thursday.

Entry wristband (every child needs one, adults are free): $10

Meal Ticket (every individual eating needs one): $5

This community festival runs entirely on volunteers. WE NEED YOU! Please sign up for a volunteer shift below. We also love our middle schoolers to help at the craft tables! Please sign them up for a shift as well! There will be a check-in table for volunteers once you arrive.

The Fine Arts Festival would not be possible without your help! We are still in need of recyclable items for our craft tables, silent auction donations and Little Debbie Cakes for the ever popular Cake Walk.

Silent Auction:

We're looking for items for our popular Silent Auction held in the library. If you have some art you would like to donate or have a relationship with a local business who would like to donate an item, PLEASE let us know! You can email academyptafundraising@gmail.com.

Recyclables needed:

-Toilet paper rolls

-Cardboard egg cartons

Other needed items:

-Boxes of Little Debbie Cakes

-2 liter sodas (see section below)

Items can be dropped off in the bins located in the Front Office and inside the door at car line.

Bring in those 2-liter sodas for our annual soda toss FAF game! The class / homeroom with the most soda donations will win a cookie cake! Send in those sodas with your student or bring them to the front office - and be sure to write the teacher name in Sharpie so we can count your items toward the class total! Sodas due by Friday, April 10.

We want to see your kid's best mythical creature costume! Come sporting your favorite fairy wings, dragon scales, mermaid tail, griffin attire, whatever mythical creature you love best! The best costume will win a prize!

Vendors are one of the main reasons the Fine Arts Festival is possible! The easiest way to help is to sponsor one of our activities!
