Hello, Reynolds Families!

Thank you for your continued flexibility and support as our campus undergoes ongoing modernizations made possible by the 2023 Bond. We know navigating construction isn't easy, but these improvements will create a better learning environment for our students. We appreciate your patience as we work through these temporary changes together.

When students return from winter break on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, we'll be implementing new arrival and dismissal procedures as renovations move to additional areas of #OurHouse.

New Traffic Pattern

  • Eagle Lane is now designated for buses only
  • Parent drop-off and pick-up has moved to the back of campus. Enter through Prairie Vista Drive (previously Gorgeous Lane) and turn left onto Private Drive
  • A PISD Officer will be at the Prairie Vista Drive and Coleman intersection to help with traffic flow
  • Crossing guards will be positioned at:
    • Private Drive and Church Street intersection (to assist with traffic direction)
    • Eagle Lane (to assist walkers and bike riders crossing Eagle Lane towards Prosper Trail)
  • Important: Parents cannot park in the Eagles Crossing shopping area and walk children across Coleman - there's no crosswalk or crossing guard there

Campus Navigation & Safety Restrictions

  • East side traffic is restricted between the main building and MPF from 7:15 AM to 4:15 PM due to heavy foot traffic
  • Front parking lot closes at 2:30 PM daily - Parents will not be able to check out students after this time to keep dismissal running smoothly and safely

Parking Reminders

  • Don't park in Eagles Crossing shopping area and walk children across Coleman - there's no safe crossing there
  • Please avoid parking in surrounding neighborhoods and businesses during arrival and dismissal times

We know change is hard, especially when it affects daily routines. These adjustments will help us continue keeping our students and staff safe throughout the construction process. Thank you for your understanding and partnership.

Soaring together,

Dr. Jess Mullins
Principal, Reynolds Middle School

BEST PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN TEXAS

Named by HEB’s Excellence in Education Awards as the Best Large District in the State of Texas, Prosper ISD has an established 67-year history that is grounded in the humble roots of a farming community, now soaring to the fastest growing school district in Texas, due in no small part to the pursuit of excellence in the arts, academics and athletics. Our students and staff are routinely recognized on the local, state, and national levels for outstanding achievements, and our teachers are highly qualified experts who bring out the best in every student.

ABOUT PROSPER ISD

Prosper ISD is a school district located north of Dallas in Collin and Denton Counties. The district spans approximately 58 square miles and serves more than 32,000 students in 20 elementary schools, 6 middle schools, 4 high schools, and one early childhood school.

🫢 THANK YOU TO OUR COMMUNITY FOR SUPPORTING OUR TEACHERS & STUDENTS

In November 2023, an overwhelming majority of voters approved $2.7 billion to continue building excellence in Prosper ISD. Thank you for your continued financial commitment to our district.

And while our facilities are second to none, we know that it is the people who make the difference in Prosper ISD. From our bus drivers to our teachers to our teacher assistants, our staff is here to support students as they pursue their dreams of excellence in academics, fine arts, and athletics.
