Mission
The mission of George Bannerman Dealey is to provide an exemplary education that develops and empowers all students to become productive citizens in our global society.
🍂 Welcome Back, Dragons!
We hope you had a warm and restful Thanksgiving Break. As we step into December—a month filled with generosity, celebration, and community—we are excited to share important updates for the weeks ahead.
🎁 December Is National Giving Month
“It's not how much we give but how much love we put into giving.” – Mother Teresa
This month encourages us to lead with compassion, generosity, and gratitude. Thank you for helping us make Dealey a place where every child thrives.
🎄 Dealey’s Holiday Giving Tree
A beloved Dealey tradition, our Holiday Giving Tree provides support to students and families within our own community.
🌟 How to Participate:
-
Stop by the front office and select an ornament from the tree.
-
Each ornament—handcrafted by our Art Studio students—includes a child’s wish list.
-
Text 817-808-3606 with your last name + the letter on your tag to help us track claimed ornaments.
-
Suggested donation: $100 minimum per child
-
Deliver gift cards with the ornament tag attached to the Dealey office or hand them to a carpool dad.
-
Deadline: Thursday, December 12th
Your generosity directly touches families in our community. Thank you for giving with love!
