Quarter 2 Begins!

Congrats to all our students and families for completing Term 1 at Itineris! We’re proud to announce that our school attendance reached 95%, hitting our goal for the first time since COVID!

THANK YOU for your effort, commitment, and for making every day count. Let’s keep the momentum going into Term 2!

To celebrate the end of Term 1, our students are hosting a Fall Social full of games, a costume contest, a haunted house, pizza, and lots of fun!

• Event Details:

  • Who: Itineris students only

  • Cost: Free!

  • Dinner: 4:00–5:00 PM

  • Costume Contest: 5:00 PM

  Costume Guidelines:

  • No weapons or replicas

  • No full-face masks (so we can ID you)

  • Shoes must be worn

  • Clothing should cover undergarments

We have adjusted Flex Friday slightly so beginning this week, lunch will be at 12:05-12:35, flex one from 12:40-1:35, and flex two from 1:40-2:35.

We also implemented new software to help with the scheduling, tracking, attendance, and communication. Your student should be sending you their plan Thursday mornings and students are expected to stay for Flex Friday unless they are caught up and not participating in enrichment. Please plan on picking your student up early Fridays as the latest they will get out is 2:35.

We’re excited to announce that a new payment portal for parents will be rolling out soon! To get ready, please make sure your Frogtummy account is set up. Instructions on how to sign up can be found in the link below.

Once the portal is active, you’ll be able to:

• Pay class fees

• Add lunch money

• Cover club fees, make school donations, purchase parking passes, yearbooks, and more

This new system will make managing school payments easier and more convenient for all families.

From January 27 to February 13, 2026, a group of high school students from Taiwan will be visiting our community to experience American culture, improve their English, and build friendships through immersion. We are currently looking for host families to welcome these students into their homes during their stay. Please contact the front office if you are interested.
