NOB HILL ELEMENTARY SCALED SITE PLAN

Nob Hill pick-up and drop-off is a very busy time of the day for families and staff. Our first priority is to keep all of our stakeholders safe during this time. We need your help. As you are aware, we have narrow roads and limited parking for pick up and drop off. We have developed a pick-up and drop-off system that provides a smooth transition from home to school that maximizes safety for all.

Please be mindful of staff, students, and families at all crosswalks. Please stop well before the crosswalk to provide space for those who are crossing. People at the crosswalks have the right-of-way. We would also appreciate it if you do not park and walk across the street to pick up your student; always use a crosswalk for safety. We also ask that you do not take a left turn at 34th Ave and Webster Ave, as this will slow down student pick-up.

Webster Drive Through is open from 8:15-8:45. Webster Drive Through is for car pick up and drop off only. Please do not get out of your vehicle and wait along the fence line; this will slow down student pick-up. For student safety and your safety, please do not park across the street and walk through the pick-up line and wait for your student. This is a busy time with a lot going on; we do not want anyone getting hurt while crossing the street. Dropping Off: Please do not drop students off before 8:15 because we do not have student supervision before 8:15. Students need to wait in the car until you pull up to a school employee.

32nd Ave. Pick Up and Drop Off is open from 8:15-8:40. We have extra parking on 32nd Ave., where you can get out of your car and pick up your student, but please do not pull up on the sidewalk. This is a great place to pick up your child if you need to help them get buckled into their car seat. You can walk up and pick up your student at the gate on 32nd Ave.

34th Ave. (K gate) Pick Up. We do not have a lot of extra parking on 34th Ave. Please do not park in the staff parking lot during student drop-off. You can have your student wait with you in the Webster drive-through or the parking along 32nd Ave. You may park along the street, as long as you are not blocking a neighbor's driveway. Living Faith Victory Center at the corner of 34th and Tieton has given permission for us to use their parking lot. You can walk up and pick your student up at the gate on 34th ave.

Living Faith Victory Center Pick Up. This is a great place to pick up your student. We have 3 staff members who escort our students across the crosswalk and up the 34th Avenue sidewalk. Once at the parking lot, your student will meet you at your car. This is also an excellent option for extra parking while visiting Nob Hill. We would appreciate it if more families would utilize Living Faith Victory Center for dismissal.

We have school employees at all student pick-up and drop-off locations to keep students safe. If you need to change the pick-up/drop-off location, please contact the office before 2:30. If you are dropping off your student late, you will need to walk them up to the main entrance. All gates will be locked at 8:40 except the Webster drive-through, which remains open until 8:45 am.. Please do not have your student climb the fence or lift them over the fence. Keeping ALL of our students safe is our priority at Nob Hill! We appreciate your cooperation.

At all locations, we wait to make eye contact with each student's family before we release them. Please be patient with our staff while we are dismissing our students. A safe dismissal is our top priority.
