News & Notes
Hey May Howard Families!
We wrapped up another great week at May Howard! We would like to thank everyone who attended our annual STREAM Night. Our staff and community partners had a blast. Also thank you for making this year's book fair such a great success. We hope that everyone found some new books to get you excited about reading. And finally, thank you all so much for the work you did in raising money for CURE. We had a goal of raising $1200 and surpassed that, raising $1573!!! THANK YOU!!
Be on the lookout this week for your child's Beginning of the Year Universal Reading Screener letter to come home. This is a letter than we are required to send home each year letting parents know how their child's reading ability relates to the grade level expectations.
It was fun seeing familiar faces at the Savannah Bananas game today. I hope everyone has had a fun and restful weekend.
See you tomorrow morning!
Dr. Ken Deal, Principal
Ms. Cassie Clark, Assistant Principal
