Keep your eyes on the front office and cafeteria walls for our new honor roll banners celebrating current 7th and 8th graders! On Aug. 28, we will celebrate current 7th and 8th graders that earned either all A's or all A's and B's last year. Congratulations students!

During the week of September 13-18, Ridgeview students will participate in the Signs of Suicide (SOS) Prevention Program, a district-supported lesson focused on mental health awareness, help-seeking behaviors, and suicide prevention.

If you would prefer that your child not participate in this lesson, please complete and sign the opt-out form that will be sent home with your child and return it to the school by the designated deadline.

Thank you for partnering with us to support the well-being of all students.

If your student is interested in participating in one of the WINTER athletic teams offered at RCMS, they MUST have a valid physical on file by September 4. Access the physical packet HERE. Winter sports include Tennis, Volleyball (boys), Basketball and Tumbling.

Cross Country is underway in the morning before school. The team is organized via Game Changer. To be added to the team account please email Foundation Sports Liaison, Margaret Jones.

Make plans to cheer on our softball, volleyball and boys soccer teams during upcoming matches! Games kickoff in September, check out the schedule HERE.

Students are welcome to stay after school to support their classmates. A cashless concession stand is available for home volleyball games that offers pizza, drinks and snacks. Go Panthers!

We have two parent-led organizations that provide critical support for our students and community. By having both organizations, we are able to participate as a member of the National PTA while also providing localized funding for our wonderful athletic and music programs.

If you join both organizations at the levels mentioned by August 28, the date of the RCMS Parent Party, you will receive either a RCMS pencil case or trucker hat as a thank you. We hope you will consider investing both your time and resources in support of both organizations!

Ready to join? Visit rcmsfoundation.org and ptarcms.org to donate!

All volunteers must be registered with Fulton County Schools before they can volunteer in the school. Please complete the required online training and registration process so that you can serve in our Panther Community!
