For anyone interested in going on the trip, the payments will be due as follows:
September 21 - Deposit $200
October 19 - $195 (100% refund until this date)
November 16 - $195 (75% refund until this date)
December 14 - $195 (50% refund until this date)
January 11 - $195 (25% refund until this date)
February 8 - $195
Total Trip Cost = $1175 per student (quad rooms)
Parent Trip Cost = $1300 per parent (double rooms)
*No refunds after January 11, 2019.
**Please make all checks payable to: LEBB (Little Elm Band Boosters). Payments may also be made on Charms using Paypal or a credit card. If making a payment through Charms, please enter as a Misc. payment and simply label as "Spring Trip."
***All band fees must be PAID IN FULL before trip payments may be made.
Payments must be made by the due dates indicated above. Failure to make a payment on time will result in the student's name being removed from the trip list. Payments are refundable, according to the payment schedule above. After January 11, no refunds will be given.
** This total cost includes charter bus transportation, all meals (except while traveling to and from Disneyworld), admission to three Disney Parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom), admission to both Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure, all resort accommodations, (3) $15 meal cards per day in Disney, (2) meal vouchers in Universal Studios, and Instrumental Workshop in Epcot.
Parents, if anyone is interested in serving as a chaperone for the trip, please let Mr. Felice know by email at ffelice@littleelmisd.net. Chaperones will receive a discounted rate and only ten-twelve chaperones will be needed for this trip. Thank you.
