🌐 What Could Your School Bring Into the Zone? 🌐 What Could Your School Bring Into the Zone?

The K12 Zone isn’t just for national events, classrooms, or clubs — it’s a flexible space where schools can reimagine how they connect with students.

💡 Think big (or small):
What does your school already do that could be even better in the Zone?

  • 🎓 Senior shoutouts or student spotlights

  • 🎨 Digital art galleries for family and friends

  • 💬 Counseling & SEL stations

  • 🗳 Virtual voting booths for student council or prom

  • 🧠 Escape rooms or scavenger hunts tied to curriculum

  • 🎉 Spirit week scenes or seasonal zones

  • 💼 Career Day with interactive booths

  • 📖 Reading challenge trackers or book walk-throughs

Whether it’s a full-school initiative or a teacher-led passion project, the Zone gives you a creative platform to engage students year-round.

🎥 Need inspiration?
Check out how Bridget Blosser at Keystone created a silent event zone — no live hosting needed! She refreshes it monthly with themes like Read-Aloud Month, Poetry, and this student-led Virtual Talent Show. (Video Below)

🎨 We’re Halfway Through Summer — Ready to Share Your Talent in the K12 Zone? 🎨 We’re Halfway Through Summer — Ready to Share Your Talent in the K12 Zone?

Time is flying, and we’re already approaching the halfway point of summer! There’s still plenty of time to host a one-time summer activity in the National Zones — and yes, you’ll receive a $50 gift card when your activity runs in all four Zones.

💡 Whether you’re a teacher, counselor, coach, or staff member, this is your chance to inspire students in a fun, low-stress way. It’s easy, rewarding, and fully supported — we handle all the logistics!

Need inspiration? Check out this new video below of Angel Spangler (Art Teacher, INGDA) leading a live drawing lesson in the Zone — and sparking creativity in every corner.

Here are just a few ideas you could try:

  • 🎤 Host a karaoke or music guessing game

  • 📚 Lead a read-aloud or “story sketch” activity

  • 🎮 Run a mini game tournament (Connect 4, Quiz Race, Race App)

  • 🎨 Offer an art lesson, coloring challenge, or DIY craft

  • 🎭 Facilitate a roleplay or character-building activity

  • 🧁 Demonstrate a no-bake recipe or snack challenge

  • 🧘 Lead a short mindfulness or movement break

  • 💬 Host a “Talk Show” with student guests or a themed trivia hour

  • 🎉 Run a talent showcase, pet parade, or emoji charades!

✅ Activities must run in all 4 Zones (we’ll help schedule it!)
✅ Must be completed before summer ends
✅ You show up — we handle the rest!

👉 Got an idea (even just a sketch)? Submit it now and we’ll work with you to bring it to life!
