I hope you have enjoyed the fun and treats shared throughout Teacher Appreciation Week. It was wonderful to see everyone laughing, smiling, and celebrating together.

Thank you to our PBIS Committee and Ms. Mac for planning a fun week of activities. A special thank you to STUCO and our amazing Culinary teachers and students for preparing a delicious breakfast this morning.

As we enter the final two weeks of the school year, please note the following updates:

• Professional Development Update: May 13 will be a full day of school.
• End-of-Year Staff Luncheon: May 20 – TUHS Luncheon sponsored by STUCO. We will also hold a brief end-of-year staff meeting from 12:00–1:00 p.m. in the cafenasium. More information will be shared soon. For now, please mark your calendar.

As a reminder, graduation will take place on Tuesday, May 19, at 7:00 p.m. at State Farm Stadium in Glendale.

All certified staff are required to attend unless they have already received an excusal from Mr. Perez. Classified staff have been contacted directly regarding attendance expectations and timesheet adjustments. Most assigned duties require staff to arrive between 5:45 and 6:00 p.m.

Please carefully review the email sent by Lindsey Christiana on April 21, which includes detailed graduation information. The email also included a link to the duty assignments and seating chart, along with the following attachments:

• Step-by-step PowerPoint with directions
• Parking permits, which must be printed
• Parking map
• Prohibited items list

The only senior students attending school Friday, May 15 are those who are taking the AP Environmental Science exam and those who need to still complete senior checkout due to AP exams on Thursday.

We will continue implementing FLEX interventions until Mary 15th.

FLEX Schedule:
• Tuesdays: Teachers schedule students (Tier 2 interventions)
• Thursdays: Teachers schedule students (Tier 2 interventions)
• Fridays: Teachers schedule students (Tier 2 interventions)

Use the FMX system to submit all facility and technology requests, including requests for Mickie Diaz, the PAC, gymnasium, conference rooms, and other campus spaces.

Submitting requests through FMX helps prevent scheduling conflicts with campus, district, and community events. Each staff member is responsible for submitting their own request. The system will notify you of any conflicts so adjustments can be made.
