The Extra Point: Chasing Greatness
Recapping the Journey to Greatness.
Falcon Nation,
We are proud to bring you this postseason edition of The Extra Point: Chasing Greatness. This season marked tremendous growth for our program, highlighted by our first playoff appearance since 2018. Our Falcons showed heart, grit, and pride to help lay a strong foundation for the future.
On December 3rd, we celebrated two of our student-athletes signing their Letters of Intent on National Signing Day: Nick Witherspoon (Tulane University) and Jackson Carlisle (Boston College). Their leadership and commitment set a high standard for every Falcon who follows.
We also are celebrating our Class 6A Region 4 All-Region Team Selections, recognizing standout Falcons for their exceptional performance, leadership, and impact throughout the season. Their achievements reflect the dedication and spirit of Central Football.
We also celebrate our staff this month: Coach Sam Crawford (Dec. 3) and Coach Le’Ron McClain (Dec. 27). Their guidance strengthens this program both on and off the field.
To our fans, sponsors, and community partners—thank you for your unwavering support. You are the heartbeat of Falcon Football.
As we enter the off-season, our focus shifts to development, preparation, and elevating our standard. Stay connected through our ParentSquare Community Group for updates and announcements.
We can’t wait to continue Chasing Greatness—together.
Happy Holidays and Happy New Year from our Falcon Football Family to yours!
With gratitude and Falcon Pride,
Coach Pippen
