Principal's Message:
Happy Last Day of July, Giesinger Parents and Guardians! 💙🦅
The countdown is on! Our amazing Giesinger staff returns to campus on Tuesday, August 4, and for the first time this summer, they will finally be able to get into their classrooms and begin setting up after all of the exciting construction and campus updates. They have been patiently waiting for this moment and can't wait to create welcoming, engaging spaces for your little Eagles!
While they haven't been in their classrooms, our teachers have been busy all summer attending professional learning, collaborating with teammates, and planning engaging lessons to ensure our students have an incredible start to the school year on Wednesday, August 12.
We can't wait to welcome your family to Meet the Teacher on Friday, August 7, from 4:00–6:00 PM. This is a come-and-go event where you can meet your child's teacher, see the classroom, and drop off school supplies. If you would like to schedule a longer conference with your child's teacher, simply let them know during Meet the Teacher, and they will be happy to arrange a time after school begins.
Here are a few important reminders:
- 🦅 Meet the Teacher: Friday, August 7 | 4:00–6:00 PM
- 🦅 First Day of School: Wednesday, August 12
- 🦅 Building Opens: 7:15 AM each morning

Enjoy these last few weeks of summer making memories with your little Eagle. We know this time is special, and we appreciate you sharing them with us. We can't wait for you to tag us back in on August 12 as we begin an amazing year together!
As always, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call or email our office. We are happy to help and look forward to seeing each of you very soon.
Get Your Eagle On! 💙🦅

First Day of School and Dismissal Information
First Day of School and Dismissal Information
Our beautiful campus continues to receive exciting improvements, and we're thrilled to welcome our Eagles back on August 12! This summer, we've added additional interior security doors, and our beautiful new gym will be ready for students to enjoy as we kick off the new school year.
To help make the transition back to school a little easier, parents and guardians are welcome to walk their Eagle to class during the first three days of school. While we encourage families to begin their regular morning transportation routine as soon as possible, we completely understand that many parents want to walk their child to class those first few days. No matter which option you choose, we'll have plenty of staff throughout the building to greet students and ensure every Eagle arrives safely at the correct classroom.
If you choose to have your child, be a car rider or lone walker, see the forms below.
