I appreciate the trust you place in me when you introduce someone in your network who may benefit from exploring career ownership. As a thank-you, I offer a $250 referral reward for eligible client referrals that result in a franchise placement through my coaching practice.

Terms & Conditions

Referral Reward
Eligible clients will receive a $250 Visa gift card for each qualified referral that results in a franchise placement through a career ownership coaching engagement with Sara Roy, Career Ownership Coach.

Who Can Participate
To qualify for the referral reward, you must have completed at least one coaching session with Sara Roy.

Eligible Referrals
The person you refer must be new to Sara Roy's coaching practice and not previously contacted or engaged through the client database.

How to Refer Someone
Referrals may be made through an email introduction, LinkedIn or social media message, or by having the referred individual provide your name to Sara Roy before completing their first coaching session.

Once the applicable franchise placement fee has been received, eligible referring clients will be notified of their reward within 14 days. Rewards may be provided electronically or mailed to the address of the recipient's choice.

Additional Terms

Referred clients must be U.S. citizens residing in the United States and purchasing a franchise within the United States. International placements are excluded.
Only one referral reward will be issued per referred client. If more than one person refers the same individual, the reward will be provided to the first eligible referring client.
Franchise placement fees may not be received for several weeks following execution of a franchise agreement due to franchisor policies, applicable regulations, or financial institution requirements.
A reward of equal value may be substituted if a Visa gift card is unavailable.
Sara Roy reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Client Referral Program with 30 days' advance notice. Program updates will be communicated through Sara's Coaching Corner monthly newsletter.
