Up Next!
May 2025
A Message from the Principal
As we round third and head into the homestretch, May promises to be a month full of excitement, hard work, and celebration. With so much Up Next, our students and staff are stepping up to the plate for a strong finish to the school year.
The fourth marking period is well underway, and classrooms are buzzing with learning as we prepare for final projects, performances, and celebrations. Spring sports are in full swing, showcasing the incredible talents and teamwork of our athletes. State testing is also underway, offering students the opportunity to demonstrate their growth and perseverance.
From concerts and shows to field days and the 8th grade promotion ceremony, end-of-year activities have filled our calendar with moments to remember. With teamwork, focus, and a little extra hustle, we are ready to cross home plate together and finish the year strong!
Have a great month!

See What Our PTO Made Possible This Month!
Through generous scholarships and awards from our PTO such as the 4th Grade Rosemary Morgan Essay Contest that honors a beloved former Antrim 4th grade teacher and the 8th Grade Antrim PTO Executive Board Community Service Award, students are able to receive monetary prizes while celebrating hard work and community spirit. For both awards, a winner, runner-up, and honorable mention are chosen. Additionally, the PTO not only supports our Little Gulls but also our High School Gulls by participating in the High School Scholarship Program and Project Graduation, ensuring that our students feel supported every step of the way.
Other PTO funded events that commemorate student accomplishments include the Spelling Bee and the Honor Roll Breakfast.
The PTO needs your help and participation to be able to offer these scholarships and award opportunities. Whether you volunteer for an event, chair a committee, or lend a hand on the Executive Board—your support keeps our PTO strong and our Little Gulls soaring. It’s never too late to get involved!
