Look Who's New at SRS
Welcome Mrs. Krupski
Mrs. Krupski is in her 10th year as a speech teacher, coming from the Big Apple originally and settling on the South Shore in 2020. She loves being a part of MPSD, having served all ages in town, from the preschoolers up to the POST, since her start in Marshfield in 2021. Some of you may even know her from GWS or ESY. When she is not at school, she enjoys playing backgammon with her husband, Ed, taking her puppy, Pierogi, for walks, and dinking around on the pickleball courts. She is excited to grow her MPSD family and get to work on helping the SRS students and families find their voices!
Welcome Ms. Kondrat
Hello ! I am Liz Kondrat, the new Multi-Sensory Reading teacher at South River! Before coming to South River I was at the Carroll School in Waltham. I have just about always lived on the south shore and am so happy to be working here in Marshfield. I can't wait to meet you all and become part of the South River community.
Welcome Mrs. Chevalier
Being an art teacher makes me so happy. My favorite thing to do is paint with my son and daughter. I love the Fall, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, reading, hanging out with my family, and teaching!

Presented by Amy Scolaro, MPSD Assistant Superintendent of Student Services
The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) released a new Individualized Education Program (IEP) form, which is being implemented this school year in all school districts.
It is important to understand that while the IEP form will look different, the special education process remains the same.
The new IEP document's intent is to support teams in developing a more personalized education plan for students receiving special education services. The new IEP form will enhance collaboration and provide clear and comprehensive documentation of your child's strengths and special education services.
We value your partnership and look forward to working together to support your child's educational needs.
For more information about the new statewide IEP form, please visit the state webpage at: https://www.doe.mass.edu/sped/improveiep/
Presented by the Marshfield Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC).
