MESSAGE FROM PRINCIPAL BANKS
Greetings Lindblom MSA Eagles community,
Welcome back! I hope you invested some time toward resting, recharging, and enjoying moments with family and loved ones.
Each of our students are different, and their differences create a kaleidoscope of experiences, perspectives, and personalities. As a matter of fact, the same holds true for every member of our school community; students, staff, and family members. Nevertheless, I believe our “Be”lief Pillars are core values that each member of our community can carry forward throughout their lives. Let’s each do our part to live out our “Be”lief Pillars as we journey through the rest of this quarter and beyond.

We are in the final stretch of the school year. Let’s finish strong together.
Together we rise onward and upward,
Principal Banks

Autism Awareness Day
Please join us by wearing blue on Thursday, April 2nd to demonstrate support of ALL learners, but specifically, learners with autism. Learn more about autism and share accurate information on social media using hashtags like #AutismAcceptance or #WorldAutismMonth.
BE SUPPORTIVE
We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you! Our 7th and 8th-grade Academic Center students have been gifted a completely free, exclusive skate party!
Please mark your calendars for Wednesday, April 8, 2026 (Colloquium Day). From 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, we will be at The Rink for a morning of fun. Skating admission and rental will be completely free of charge for our students.
A few important details:
Concessions: While skate rental is free, students will need to bring their own money if they wish to purchase anything from the concession stand.
Lunch: The Rink has kindly agreed to allow our students to bring their own bagged lunches. We are currently looking into the possibility of ordering boxed lunches for everyone, and we will update you as soon as we know more.
More details regarding the trip, including transportation and permission slips, will be sent out soon. For now, please save the date because the AC Swoop Bounce is officially on the books!
If you have any questions reach out to Mr. Taylor (ajtaylor20@cps.edu)
GSA Activism
GSA invites all students to participate in the National Day of Silence. This event asks students to be silent for the whole day to represent the silencing of queer and minority voices in mainstream society and culture. Students who sign up through the QR code on the attached flyer will receive a kit with cards to explain their participation.
