Principal's Message
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation during student drop-off and want to keep things as smooth and safe as possible. To help with this, please note the following:
1. Please follow the pavement markings.
There are two distinct lanes in the drop-off area. When vehicles cut across lanes or drive down the middle, it creates unnecessary backups for everyone. Staying in your lane helps keep traffic moving safely and efficiently.
2. Pull forward as directed.
For the safety of all students, we ask that cars pull up as far as possible in the lane before letting students exit. When staff direct vehicles to move forward, please follow their guidance so we can maintain visibility and reduce congestion.
3. Use the proper entrance and exit.
We understand that directions can sometimes be confusing, but please enter and exit through the designated areas only. Using the correct path keeps traffic flowing and protects pedestrians.
4. Watch for students and staff at all times.
Students exiting vehicles in the inner lane sometimes have to walk in front of cars in the outer lane. Staff are present to help guide students safely, but we all need to stay alert and watch for pedestrians and directions from staff. There have been a few close calls recently, and we want to prevent any injuries.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in making our drop-off area safe for everyone!
