Working together, all of the students and staff have have completed a community chain. Each rung of the chain has something written or drawn on it to exemplify CARES. CARES represents our values: Cooperation, Assertion, Responsibility, Empathy, Self-control. Our students and staff engaged in meaningful conversations as they built the chain.

This year the students in grades K-2 will celebrate Literacy Day. Literacy Day will be held on 10/31. The students are making costumes to represent their favorite literary characters. The costumes are being made in class. The students in grades 3-5 will show their spirit by wearing HD gear or sports attire. We will all be in the parade at 9AM!

Thank you to our wonderful PTO for running the fall book fair. Our students and teachers were able to get many great books!
