REMINDER: 4th GRADE TRANSITION DAY
August 8th 3:00 - 4:30 p.m.
For All 4th Grade Students and Parents
All 4th grade students and families are invited to come and learn about life in the Upper School. The event will begin with a whole group session at 3:00 p.m. and then there will be follow up activities throughout the building. Moving to the Upper School is a big deal for FSMAers and we want to support them as they navigate a new grade level. Information will be provided for parents about what to expect, how to support your 4th grader and students will have a chance to explore some of the areas they will use in the Upper School.
A note on the term “parent” - We recognize the diversity in family structures and the challenge of coming up with one word that fits all of our unique situations. In using the word “parent,” we are referring to any adult who is the child’s primary caregiver. Our intention is to honor/include all those who devote their time, attention, care and love to raise the children who attend FSMA.
