Cole Miners' Dig

Principal's Notes
It was a super busy week this week with field trips, the completion of MCAS testing, and School Speech and Language Teacher Appreciation Day. Please check out the Cole PTO facebook page for pictures of the field trips. Many thanks to the teachers, chaperones, students, and PTO for helping to make these fantastic trips happen for our community!
Student Government Update
Student Government met again this week to continue making a positive impact around Cole School. Representatives worked together to help clean shared spaces throughout the building, including the hallways, cafeteria, and other common areas. Students showed great teamwork and responsibility as they helped make our school feel cleaner, brighter, and more welcoming for everyone. It was great to see our student leaders working together to care for and take pride in our school community!
Counselor's Corner
I'm so happy to have had more nice weather days recently! Lots of my lunch groups have been able to happen in our beautiful courtyard this week. I have had lots of interest lately in my "recess bag," which has crafts, card games, and other activities that some kids enjoy as an alternative to more active play. I am always happy to take any unused craft supplies or card games to add to the bag if you are spring cleaning!
