The 2nd Annual Turkey Trot Fundraiser at RES
We are ready to begin our 2nd Annual Turkey Trot Fundraiser for Rosemont! The actual Turkey Trot will take place on Friday, November 20th. We are seeking to raise funds for new walkie talkies for overall school communication, student and staff supplies, and student and staff incentives. (We will send more information about the actual event closer to that time inviting you to come to school to participate with your child at the grade level designated time.)
About Our Fundraiser
Today, your student will bring home a fundraiser packet. There will be a letter explaining our fundraiser, a paper with a QR Code for online donations, a form to send in email addresses for friends and family to school by October 23rd (School staff will send the information to your friends and family members so they can donate online for you if you so choose.), a form to keep track of donations, and a collection envelope for cash donations due on or before November 20th. 1st School-Wide Contest - Email Addresses for Friends & Family Members
For each classroom that submits 50 or more email addresses on the Email Collection Form by next Friday, October 23rd, the classroom will receive a special treat. We appreciate your support throughout our fundraiser!
Business Sponsorships Needed
We are actively looking for businesses to sponsor our Turkey Trot. If you know of a local business who may be interested, please email me at ejpropst@k12.wv.us and I will send you a sponsorship form or you may download one that is attached. Thank you!
