Senior Scholarships!
Irvine Unified Council of PTAs is proud to offer 2 x $500 Senior Scholarships: 1 for a Creekside High School Senior and 1 for a San Joaquin High School Senior.
This scholarship recognizes students who are PTSA members and who have performed service activities inside and outside of school.
Applicant must:
- Be a current student in good standing at one of the IUSD High Schools
- Be a current PTSA member and attach a legible copy of applicant's current PTSA card or proof of membership for the current school year. Not a PTSA member? Not a problem - join today (student membership is $7). Contact Connie Stone president@sjcptsa.com for your membership card.
- Submit this scholarship application no later than April 21, 2023.
PTA Student Advocacy Trip to Sacramento
We are super excited for our two student representatives from San Joaquin High School to travel to Sacramento next Wednesday March 22, 2023, with IUSD Superintendent Terry Walker and IUSD School Board Trustees. They and other high school students from Irvine will advocate about educational legislation that impacts students across California.
You are Invited! Multicultural Fair (see flyer) - coming Friday March 24th from 5-7 pm 2023
San Joaquin Creekside PTSA and ASB will be partnering with IVA (Irvine Virtual Academy) PTA to offer the Multicultural Fair at the Creekside campus. Students and their families are welcome to attend!

We will be taking nominations from the floor for the following positions at the March meeting. You can also nominate yourself if you have been a PTA member for 30 days prior to the election meeting. Would love to have your input on our PTSA with as much (or little) time as you might be able to give.
Joining the PTSA does not commit you to volunteering so please consider just joining to support our programs if you are unable to volunteer your time. Feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any interest in running for the following positions for the 2023-2024 school year:
