As we head into the spring stretch of the school year, we want to share how proud we are of the growth our students have shown. We have a lot going on the next few months and we need your help to ensure every student is ready to participate and succeed! I believe in the "Work Hard, Play Hard" philosophy. To keep our momentum going, we are focusing on three key ideas:

1. Staying Engaged

Learning is an active sport! We’re encouraging students to arrive on time, participate in class discussions, and stay curious. When students are mentally "checked in," they get the most out of every lesson.

2. Putting in the Effort

Growth isn't always about getting the right answer immediately—it’s about the hard work it takes to get there. We are looking for students to give their "best yes" to every assignment and show resilience when things get a little tricky.

3. Being a ROAR Model

Our school spirit thrives when students lead by example. We are keeping a close eye out for ROAR behavior:

• Respectful actions

• Ownership of choices

• Attitude is positive

• Remarkable

How you can help at home: Ask your child, "How did you show ROAR behavior today?" or "What is one thing you worked hard on in class?" A little encouragement from home makes a world of difference in the classroom.

Literacy Night: Tuesday, March 17th 6-7:30 pm
